Endurance physique are ones that usually a swimmer, footballer and runners have this builds are for those that want a physique that will outlast most people on term of stamina and recovery they don't wear out easy and are very difficult to drive to exhaustion most endurance based sports require agility so they are also quick on their feet and are required to make split seconds decisions. with a diet and workout routine focused on flexibility and cardio you will make good progress towards achieving the goal of endurance based physique. A strength based physique favors strength above all lifting strength, grip strength and pulling strength.

To achieve a strength focused physique you have to do:

  • Weight lifting
  • Bodyweight training
  • Power Lifting
  • Wrestling

Healthy diet and Herbs that help

As we know most people have similar diets depending on their region and environment some have mostly rice based diet some grain and those who don't have a land that is good for farming have mostly meat based diets. Now before you go all animals matter or veggies make you weak remember factors need to be taken in consideration. Affordability and religious beliefs are to be taken in consideration for  most people in the world don't have the luxury of choice they eat what they can get and among them there are those who can't eat certain animals or all animals for religious beliefs which are to be respected even if you don't agree with them.
